The rates are for the room, whether occupied by one or two persons.
May I add a third person to my room?
Each room may accommodate a maximum of 2 persons, with the exception of the Suite La Pergola which can accommodate 3-4
Do I have access to internet/wifi?
We offer complimentary high speed wifi in your room and throughout the property.
Must I return home in the evening before a certain hour?
You may enjoy coming and going as you please. In addition to your room key,
you will be given the house key and a remote to enter the parking area.
May I bring my dog or other pet with me?
Animals of any kind are not admitted.
How much is the local city tax?
The San Gimignano city tax is included in your rate
Does Locanda dellArtista have a parking area?
We offer a secured and covered parking area for our guests.
Which languages are spoken by the hotel staff?
We speak Italian, English, Spanish and Portugese.
When might I find someone in reception?
We are happy to assist you between the hour of 8:00 – 19:00.
if we are not in reception, you will find us easily either
in the breakfast room or just around the Inn.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
We offer a sumptuous continental breakfast included in your rate.
Between what hours is breakfast served?
Breakfast may be enjoyed from 8:00 – 10:00.
Are any of the rooms accessible for the disabled?
Given Locanda dell’ Artista is a 18th century farmhouse, we regret that we are not adequately suited for the disabled.
